After years as a gymnast (sports-study program, French championships) and then a dancer, taking care of my body and mind became paramount, and I now wish to share this knowledge. Driven by a desire for personal and professional growth, I am continuing my training in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sharath Jois, grandson of Pattabhi Jois, in Mysore, India, as well as with my teacher in Lyon, Aurélie Grahek, a Level 2 KPJAYI certified instructor.
